I have taken a while to get down to writing a review ... I purchased a Porsche Cayenne in Aug 21 and must say, after 2 years of extensive european travels, it has been the most reliable and comfortable vehicle I have ever had. The sale was done without being pushy and I can only say that I look back on this purchase experience in a v.positive light.. very best of luck

Having visited the usual Somerset used car shopping suspect and found the stock quality leaving a lot to be desired, then an independent garage where the salesman was rude and condescending, to say Taunton Road Car Centre was a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Upon arrival I was given the chance to look at the car in peace, then when I asked for a test drive it was no trouble at all with plenty of fuel in the tank so I could get a real feel for the car rather than having to go to the nearest roundabout and back like most garages. The car had all of its paperwork which I was welcome to look at and everything was perfectly in order. The bodywork was spotless, and a quick walk around the forecourt proved that there was a high standard throughout. The car I viewed was a high spec of its model and reasonably priced (plus a joy to drive), so it was a no brainer purchase - yet no pushy sales techniques were applied and I was free to go away and have a think without any pressure. I knew I wouldn’t find a better car for the price or a nicer garage to deal with and called to put my deposit down first thing the next morning. As per their guarantee, the car had a new MOT before collection, and I was able to take it away the day after this was done. From viewing the car on Thursday to collecting it on Tuesday, the whole process was relaxed and simple. Rob made me feel like a trusted and valued customer and I can’t thank him enough for making it such a pleasure to change car.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service from Rob and the team at Taunton Road Car Centre. I was able to trade in my car and not have to worry with the hassle of selling it. I fully recommend Rob and his team.
